Ok so my gym sesh went great this morning. Left drenched in sweat (Ew). Today I was able to do about 50 minutes of cardio:
Ran for 20 minutes on the treadmill on an incline of 1.0 and at a 5.6 pace
Walked on treadmill for 10 minutes on an incline of 8-12
Did some spinning for 20 minutes
Then I finished everything off by working out my abductors and adductors for 3 sets of 8 each (machine) and worked out my glutes/hams on a different workout machine.
I’m going to start to do more strength training after I’ve achieved my fat loss goal and have improved my running.
Overall, great workout …just wish my heart rate monitor strap actually worked properly with my watch..gotta get that taken care of!
